How AIO Sulfur Filters Work

A single tank, no chemicals to add, no salt — just air, media and an automatic backwash.

1. Air Oxidation

The WS1EE control valve keeps a pocket of air at the top of the tank. As well water passes through it, dissolved hydrogen sulfide, iron and manganese oxidize into solid particles.

2. Filtration

The media bed traps the oxidized particles, removing the rotten-egg odor and the black, orange and brown staining they cause on fixtures and laundry.

3. Self-Regeneration

On each automatic backwash the trapped contaminants are flushed to drain and fresh air is drawn in to recharge the oxidation zone — no chlorine, peroxide or permanganate.

How Export Orders Work

A straightforward process for distributors placing recurring or one-time export orders.

1. Quote & Order

Send us the AIO tank sizes and quantities you need, plus any replacement media. We provide wholesale export pricing and confirm availability from our in-stock inventory.

2. Documentation

We prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for customs clearance. Have a customs broker or freight forwarder? We coordinate directly with them.

3. Freight & Delivery

Orders are palletized and staged for pickup by your carrier — ocean freight from South Florida's ports, with ground freight to the border where applicable.

AIO Sulfur Filter FAQ

Does an AIO filter use chemicals or salt? +

No. It uses oxygen from air to oxidize hydrogen sulfide, iron and manganese, and regenerates itself automatically by backwashing.

Does it need electricity? +

Yes. The WS1EE control valve plugs into a standard outlet to run its automatic backwash schedule.

Should it go before a water softener or RO system? +

Yes. Install the AIO filter ahead of a softener or reverse osmosis system to protect resin and membranes from sulfur, iron and manganese fouling.

How do I choose the right size? +

Size depends on household or facility demand, contaminant levels and whether the well pump can deliver the required backwash flow rate. Send us your details and we'll recommend a tank size.
