10x54 AIO Hydrogen Sulfide Filter | Sulfur Water Filter

10" x 54" AIO Hydrogen Sulfide Filter for Well Water

Get rid of the rotten egg smell for good. The 10x54 AIO is a complete single-tank air injection hydrogen sulfide filter that removes sulfur odor, iron, and manganese from well water with no chlorine, peroxide, or potassium permanganate. Its 10" x 54" tank holds more filter media than compact models, making it a versatile whole-house sulfur water filter for average-size homes and light commercial applications.

How the AIO Sulfur Filter Works

The WS1EE control valve maintains a pocket of air at the top of the tank. As water passes through the air head, dissolved hydrogen sulfide (H2S), iron, and manganese are oxidized into solid particles that are trapped by the media bed. During each automatic backwash, the trapped contaminants are flushed to drain and fresh air is drawn in to recharge the oxidation zone, so the system regenerates itself with no chemicals to add.

Key Features

  • Removes hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg odor)
  • 100% chemical-free air injection oxidation
  • Self-regenerating air pocket recharged on every backwash cycle

Is the 10x54 the Right Size?

The 10" x 54" AIO filter is a popular choice for average-size households. Before installing, confirm that your well pump can deliver the backwash flow rate the system requires. For smaller homes, consider the 9" x 48" model; for larger homes, higher flow rates, or heavier sulfur levels, browse our full range of AIO hydrogen sulfide removal systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this filter remove the rotten egg smell from my well water?

Yes. The air injection process oxidizes hydrogen sulfide gas, the cause of the rotten egg smell, and the media bed filters it out.

Does an AIO filter use chemicals or salt?

No. It uses oxygen from air to oxidize contaminants and regenerates automatically by backwashing.

Does it need electricity?

Yes. The control valve plugs into a standard outlet to run its automatic backwash schedule.

Should it be installed before a water softener?

Yes. Install the AIO filter ahead of a softener or RO system to protect resin and membranes from sulfur, iron, and manganese.

What is the difference between the 9x48 and 10x54 AIO?

The 10x54 holds more filter media in a taller tank, giving it more capacity for average-size homes, while the 9x48 is a compact option for smaller households and tight spaces.
