Structural Composite Pressure Vessels
Structural composite pressure vessels are 100% fiberglass-reinforced tanks built for commercial and industrial water treatment and storage, including commercial softening and filtration applications. The polyethylene inner shell and composite outer shell will not rust and hold up in harsh chemical environments with little to no maintenance. Available in 30+ size and port configurations from 64 to 1,600 gallons.

Safety factor of 4:1, minimum burst pressure 600 psi, tested to 250,000 cycles
Max operating pressure 150 psi; max temperature 120°F threaded / 150°F flanged
ASME Section X code vessels available
Tested and certified by WQA to NSF/ANSI Std. 61 and Std. 372 (low lead)
Available in black (BK) or natural (NA)
Threaded (4"–8" UN), flanged (4"/6" ANSI or side flange), and 16" manway top/bottom opening configurations
SMC, SMC extended, tripod, and short base options depending on size
Note: flexible connections are required between hard piping and tank openings; improper installation voids the warranty.
