Pentek Valve-in-Head (vih) Series Filter Housing

Stock the Pentek Valve-in-Head (VIH) Series for customers who want cartridge changes without installing separate shut-off valves. This design builds an integral isolation valve directly into the head of a standard housing, so a half turn of the handle simultaneously shuts off both inlet and outlet ports. Radial sealing O-rings and sealing surfaces self-clean each time the valve is used, keeping the seal leak-proof over time. Available in 10" and 20" lengths with either opaque reinforced polypropylene or clear Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN) sumps, and a reinforced polypropylene cap with 3/4" NPT ports and a pressure relief/bleed button. Delrin valve parts and Buna-N O-rings round out the construction. Accepts standard double open end (DOE) cartridges in 2-3/8" to 2-7/8" diameter. Rated up to 125 psi and 40-125F, with select part numbers NSF/ANSI Standard 42 certified. A convenience upgrade for dealers whose customers want simpler, tool-free filter maintenance.
