The unique radial flow design channels water through the full carbon bed while significantly reducing the release of carbon fines commonly associated with standard GAC cartridges — a common issue with conventional granular carbon filters. This means better filtration performance without the black carbon dust sometimes seen after installing GAC cartridges.
