This advanced construction delivers lower pressure drop, longer service life, and up to twice the chlorine taste & odor reduction and dirt-holding capacity compared to traditional carbon block cartridges.

The FloPlus cartridge achieves cyst reduction while functioning like a standard 10-micron cartridge - offering the dirt-holding capacity of a 10-micron carbon block combined with the particulate efficiency of a 0.5-micron cartridge. This means customers get fine filtration performance without the low flow and high pressure drop typically associated with tight-micron cartridges, making it ideal for homes that have struggled with pressure loss from standard cyst-reduction filters.

A unique post-filtration layer ensures the cartridge will not release carbon fines into the water, and the FloPlus is NSF/ANSI Standard 53 certified to reduce cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia by mechanical means.
