Installed at the main water line, the TO6 combines a pleated paper outer layer that traps sediment with a carbon-wrapped inner core that reduces chlorine taste and odor - protecting plumbing and appliances while improving water quality at every tap.

This heavy-duty, higher-capacity design makes the TO6 well suited for larger homes with greater water demand. The pleated paper construction provides efficient sediment capture, while the carbon wrap inner core handles taste and odor reduction, combining two filtration functions into one heavy-duty Big Blue cartridge.

The TO6 is designed specifically for use with chlorinated city water supplies and fits Pentair OMNIFilter BF7, BF9C, and BF35 heavy-duty housings, as well as other major-brand 10" x 4.5" heavy-duty housings, making it a versatile replacement for most standard carbon wrap cartridges of the same size.
