Manufactured using an extrusion process, the CB1 delivers superior flow rates alongside strong chlorine reduction, making it a reliable choice for undersink drinking water filtration.

With a fine 0.5-micron rating, the CB1 is NSF/ANSI Standard 53 certified to reduce cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia by mechanical means, giving it an added layer of protection beyond standard taste-and-odor filtration. It also performs well as a polishing filter or pre-filter in applications requiring fine filtration and high capacity.

The CB1 can be used on chlorinated or non-chlorinated water and fits OMNIFilter CBF1, CBF3, OT32, and USM2 undersink filter housings, as well as other major brand housings including DuPont, GE, Whirlpool, Culligan, Aqua-Pure, Cuno, 3M, and Watts that accept standard 9-3/4" x 2-1/2" cartridges.
