Clack Hydro-Cure® Cartridge Tank dual gradient melt-blown sediment filters are manufactured on state-of-the-art, computer-controlled production equipment for consistent reliability and performance.

An advanced die system creates two distinct filtration zones: larger particles are trapped in the first (outer) zone, while finer particles are captured in the second (inner) zone. The tighter matrix of the inner zone acts as a self-supporting core, eliminating the need for a separate center support and adding exceptional structural strength. This dual-gradient depth design maximizes dirt-holding capacity while reducing pressure loss.
